Standing Calf Raise

A classic exercise for developing calf muscle mass. Learn to work at full range—from maximum stretch at the bottom to peak contraction at the top. Build powerful, "diamond" calves that will look impressive in any shoe and add power to your jump and run.

Seated Calf Raises

Targeted processing of the flounder muscle. Since the calf muscle is turned off when the knee is bent, all the work falls on the deeper layers of the lower leg. This will add visual thickness and power to your calves from the side, creating a finished and balanced look for the bottom of your legs.

Standing Machine Calf Raises

Maximum stability and the ability to work with large weights. Special simulators for the toe press allow you to focus exclusively on the work of the lower leg, without being distracted by balance. Build strong calves by using different foot positions to work the medial and lateral heads.

Tibialis Raise

Your insurance against shin splints and lower leg pain. Training the tibialis anterior muscle is critical for running braking and knee health. Learn to strengthen the front of the lower leg to make your legs invulnerable to impact loads.

Jump Rope

Dynamic cardio for hardy and elastic calves. Jumping rope teaches your calf muscles and tendons to work like springs, developing reactive power and incredible endurance. It's the perfect way to tone your legs while improving coordination and burning fat.

Squat

Indirect load on calves as stabilizers. When performing heavy squats, your shins work at full capacity to maintain balance and transfer power from the floor to the bar. Strong calves are the key to your stability in all basic lower body exercises.
